...might not happen tonight if I can't convince my husband to stop at the grocery store. It's going to involve the culinary arts. Well, salad, anyway. I've been adding and subtracting ingredients in my head for days now and finally came up with what I want in it.
Baby spinach
Fresh cilantro
Grape tomatoes
Shallots
Yellow or orange bell pepper
Pine nuts
Garlic-lime vinaigrette (homemade, with fresh-squeezed lime, and minced fresh garlic, and fresh-ground black pepper)
The idea being color, color, color, and intense competing flavors. If I had access to them, I'd be adding nasturtium flowers and greens to all of it.
