Slow Start to the New Year
Today is the first day I have been able to do any painting. My headaches have been exacerbated by my posture while painting, so part of my physical therapy is to use the arm rest my husband Mike built for me and to sit uncomfortable tall and straight with my shoulders rolled back. Yikes! that is not easy to do for hours on end let me tell ya.
So far I have the first layer down. Now I go in for the detail work.
