Project load-in

Only two full days of January Art-a-Day challenge remaining!

If you have projects started or near ready to start you might want to do just that and post some pictures. Then complete them in February if you'd like to have them included in the March show.

I have about 6 pieces in my head and want to start all of them tomorrow! Maybe I can have one of those dazzling days in the studio where it all just comes together. If not, well... I've learned to accept those kinds of days too.

What a motivator you are. You are my hero. I am on my way to Lowe's to buy the stuff for my wife's water thingy. I'll buy thinset, moose milk, and then paint for picture frames for my paintings. I already have mortar color. why not make the synthetic rock and put it in the show? Cool idea and it is all your fault. I did throw a way one clay project this morning. It was cathartic, but painful. Maybe I can replicate to tonight. You're good.

To those who didn't get the email, "messing with mud", Pat is talking ingredients and ideas for cement art projects. ...except the water thingy - what is that, Pat? ... we're looking to get folks together who'd like to shape, carve and play with cement.

Yeah, scraping a project is tough! Not for wimps.
