A bit of photo-realism (in an old-master's style) for a Sunday night. Had a little oops, as the painting flipped out of my hands onto the carpet...butter side down. Do you see why I need a studio devoted to this sort of thing. (Painted in oils, 6x6 mini painting.) Laura Gable.

It's stunning, even with a bit of carpet fiber. I love the colors and shadowing. As a none- painter this is always like magic to me.
