Jan 18-19 More on Darth

Well I got more Darth, even though the pictures aren't good, have small studio, not good lighting.

I have been painting this 18 x 24 Acrylic on a canvas board. Canvas boards are both great and crappy to work on. You can paint on them to save money or work out ideas, but they do weird things, especially with acrylic. Or at least in my opinion. Every once in a while the paper gets a little air bubble or ridge in it, that just stays in the painting.. :) But that being said, I am almost done with Darth Shreddar. Probably by the weekend.

Ive used those boards and don't really like them. If you get air bubbles, try poking with a pin to get the air out. It should flatten out then.

looks like you're having fun.

I had these turned around in my head. I thought the top one was the newer version - it looks darker. Then I see - oh wait! - he has hands. And sparks!

Hi Greg, one more thing...I'm not sure if you're trying to make him entirely accurate to a true Darth, but the hands feel a bit small in proportion to the body...didn't he have massive hands (just a friendly critique if you don't mind). I like your color choices for the aqua and guitar.
