Hi, newby here. Spent the first few days creating art as space as I unpacked boxes post-move; the new house is feeling pretty homey and I love all my artsy decor. Last night I did a contour self-portrait at 11:35 before dropping into bed; not going to share that one.
Today I had the joy of a few unscheduled minutes so tried something totally new. In my work as a program manager, I often play with colors in the excel spread sheets of data I distribute to partners. Today I let myself explore the medium as art, without the restrictions of data or columns. I am getting all kinds of ideas for new explorations when time allows. Shelli

Yep, Excel, as in Microsoft Office. I always wanted to just play with the fill colors. :)

Finally, a spread sheet I can understand. I wonder what other mundane office and productivity software could be turned into an art medium.
