I got this box of Japanese watercolor last year during my trip to Taiwan, when looking for some Chinese watercolor for Chinese brush painting, and forgot about it.
Now I have tested the colors, and they are so pretty, but what to do with them? My palette is more subdued than this, so I guess I'll have to mix them up a bit.

They are so bright and pretty Jean. Maybe you should get crazy and do something loose and bright just for fun. Jean Haines suggest a daily warm up by just playing with color for fun.https://www.pinterest.com/pin/280560251762733616/
I agree, maybe it's time to fling the doors open and jump right in to all this delicious color.
