Long Distance Love

This is a composite made from three different photos I took in Las Vegas last weekend. Vegas is a great place to capture texture, nuance, and emotion. I have been wanting to do some composite/collage work for a while now, and purposely shot with that in mind on this trip. I thought about posting all three individual photos but thought it might spoil the over all effect. Any thoughts about that? Click the image for a larger version, this size doesn't show much detail.

I zoomed in, as Dan suggested, and was amazed to see 2 figures in the center of the phone-dial. It's quite mysterious and enigmatic, and clever too. The long verticals resemble bars or chains, though I wonder if they might be details of a ceiling in some Vegas casino? And so by the title, I get a melancholy feeling with this too.
Great job, Dan.

I;m glad Laura mentioned the zooming in. I missed that. Yes, a vintage and melancholy feel. Times gone by, moments lost, chances missed. Nicely done!
