So gray and wet outside still that I gravitated to some photos of summer flowers to practice in my sketchbook. Then, the beginning washes of my next watercolor effort. I'm also working on reworking one of the very first splotchy wash paintings I tried when I first got interested in this - will share it later, it doesn't look like much now. Kinda like the watercolor I posted! :)
